Some of the direction signs are not the largest, but it's a great starter kit for open houses. The price is great I should have ordered 2. I'm very satisfied and I am recommending it to other agents I train.

These are super flimsy and the ones I got up didn't stand a chance with the wind. The rest the poles were so bad quality they broke while attaching. The signs are on the smaller size so can't see from very far. You also can't use dry erase markers with them and it's hard to even write on with anything. Terrible quality for the price.

Very affordable and has everything you need for an open house. The banner was easy to put together and to set up.

Great variety for the price! Really easy to assemble and decent quality. The color really pops against the greenery in the neighborhood. Really worked for me in an open house pinch!

The stakes for these are pure garbage, they are totally ok for a one or two time use! The signs themselves are not large but with better stakes that elevate them, they do the job nicely. I’d give more stars if the stakes were actually useful.

The product arrived damaged. The large signs look like somebody folded them in half and then threw them in the box. I ordered a replacement, but they never shipped it. I had to go to Home Depot to purchase things for the open house. The little arrows are really tiny and the stuff seems flimsy. It’s definitely a one time use product.
