TDS Micro-HDMI to HDMI Cable for Amazon Fire HD 7inch and 8.9inch (Black) Not compatible with Fire HDX and Fire HD 2013 generation

Bought this for my kindle turned up within two days the first one that came was faulty and the company replaced the next day after I made them aware of it. Couldn't be happier with this purchase as I can now connect my kindle to the tv.

It's okay. I use a Kindle Fire HD, which has at least a 720p display. I streamed 720p of True Detective onto my 52" inch plasma in my living room and the quality okay. I was hoping that it would transfer the good quality over because on my computer and Kindle the quality looks great. If you buy just keep in mind that the visual quality will be upscaled so you will see jagged areas on all edges of the video. Quality is okay though, more or less DVD quality but the sound is perfectly fine and what I expected. I can watch anything I want, just not at the quality I'm used to, which is full 1080p. If you're someone that really appreciates good quality I highly advise getting a different HDMI that doesn't upscale the visual quality. But then again, it depends on the size of screen you're plugging it into.

I have a Smart TV, and was about to spend upwards of £50 on an adapter to enable the Smart TV function so that I could do essentially what this little wire enables me to do for less than a fifth of the price. My other half found this and suggested we try it. So glad I got this! Yes it means my Kindle has to sit alongside my TV, but it means that every function on my Kindle, can now be transferred to the big screen. We watch a lot of TV and movies via our Kindles so it's a fab investment! Really quick and easy to use, just plug in and go. Would definitely recommend this to someone!

When this first arrived it was great. The picture quality was brilliant. However after a while the connection would come loose and when it was connected I would get a strange green shadow on the picture. The last time I used it to connect my laptop to my TV the sound would only come out of my laptop, which was not ideal as I had people round to watch a film. I had to get out my little portable speakers to boost the sound. Next time I will spend a little more and hope I get a better quality item.

Very speedy delivery. Item works fine with my TV and Kindle Fire HD, but does not fit my smartphone (HTC One X) - not really a problem for me, but check with your smartphone before ordering.

It works fine and easy to use. like some others I should maybe of bought one with a longer cable, but not a big problem. Have used it a few times.

Bought this cable to connect my kindle Fire HD to my tv. Works ok but noticed a few twinkles on the display now and again. Can live with that. Other than that a great cable at a great price.

Short cable for the money, he one I got is only 900mm long! As you can see there is no mention of the length in the product summery, which is stupid as how do you know if it is the right one for your need's. For me to use this one I will have to dangle my kindle by the leed below the telly and hope it does not fall! Like that's not going to happen!! Anyway orded a longer one, won't bother to send this one back, as postage will be more than what I paid for it shall just add it to the box of misc leed's, you know the one we all have hiding in the corner of a cupbord somewhere in the house!!!!
