Good, well, excellent knives such as Global and others set you back hundreds. This knife won't do that. I've used another of these purchased from a different retailer and I was impress with the quality.I would keep it for more delicate tasks, this is not to say that it isn't quite robust and well made. But the very sharp blade works extremely well on fruit and veg, so I wouldn't ruin in on some bones and crusty bread.Although, it's not that hard to sharpen it providing you have a decent quality sharpener at home.I really like these knives (they have more sizes and types) and I now have 5 of them. I'm an amateur chef and blogger and now I can keep my Globals for special occasions.

This a nifty little thing. I wanted a knife with a sheath so I could use for work and leave in my locker. It is very sharp to the point - the apples I cut have very neat and sharp edges when I use this.The only thing is that it is slightly small - depending on the apple size I have to be careful but this isn't a issue for me

Had doubts but pleasantly surprised that this knife truly is non stick and this greatly enhances ease of cutting sweet potato and other hard veg.Slips through meat and cheese with ease and tender tomatoes / other dodgy to cut products no problem at all. Sharpening with ceramic steel puts perfect edge back quickly unlike many other blades.Would like to find and buy much larger version as well!

This is a great all-purpose knife and one of my go-to knives when cooking. This non-stick Paring Knife is sharp, lightweight and really nice to use. The knife is very stylish and easy to sharpen back to new quality. I don't use the knife protector sleeve as I have a magnetic knife rack, but definitely would use it if the knife went in the drawer, as this would keep its sharpness. Treat the knife well by washing it by hand. dishwashers blunt and rust knives!

If you want a handy sharp knife this is the one for you. Wasn't a huge fan of handle at first but it is growing on me. Safety case is brilliant addition considering it's so sharp and would have gave 4* if it didn't have that. Would still recommend.

Received item very quickly on Prime. Bought this as the handle of my 16 year old paring knife broke, I was heartbroken as it had served me well. I'm hoping this knife will last just as long. Appears to be extremely sharp and the handy blade cover should keep it sharper for longer but I do have an extremely good knife sharpener in reserve. Very happy and I'm thinking of buying more.

What a cracking little knife this is. I bought it for my work lunch bag, as there are few knives at work and those that there are are typically blunt dinner knives. I need a knife in order to be able to cut fruit/bread etc and this has not disappointed in the week or so I've owned ti.It is so sharp I managed to slice my thumb on it today! I particularly like the hard plastic cover to protect it but more importantly to stop it ripping my bag. Brilliant.

Great little knives. Very sharp and hold an edge well. Easy to sharpen when required. Have bought them before and will buy again when needed in the future.

Good quality and sharp. Cuts through tomato skins with little effort required as some knives can destroy them. Great to take to work to cut up fruit eg. apples and pears.

Very sharp and I like having the safety cover - especially when stored in the drawer. I have two of these knives and use them daily. Happy with my purchase.
