First off, the customer service from the seller was excellent and responded to my questions within 24 hours. The watch works well, but for me, I need one that updates the measured heart rate on the watch and not only in the app. The heart rate can be measured automatically and it will show in the app. It will show on the watch only when you do a manual measurement and the reading will remain until you redo. That is the only complaint I have. Maybe the system can be updated in the future.
