New to nutpods. i like the taste, but i am getting a bit of a film on top of my coffee. i opened the container less than a week ago. is this normal?

I can’t say I’ve noticed an oily film on my coffee but I’m just using a small amount of nutpods. If you are using more than a teaspoon, the product does contain coconut cream, which I could see leaving an oily residue. Did you change coffee, by chance? Very fresh whole bean coffee actually feels / is oily. Make sure you shake the nutpods well before using too.
