The taste is great. Perfect snap, so not a thick casing. I have ordered at least 3 or 4 over the year. Used to be 18 sticks, now 17. My last container had the lid off, foil torn. And sticks all over other items. Would suggest better package as the plastic container size can hold 3x more. Wasteful. The price for amount is not quite worth it anymore...taste or no taste. Cost not worth it.

This is Mike’s wife, Diane. I’m writing this review for him because he is very busy! When the sausages arrived today, he told me they are the best! And then told me they were A LOT better than the ones I bought a couple of weeks ago from Costco. So, there you have it! Tillamook smoked sausage is h very best!

Family loves these sticks. They have a great flavor but my only complaint, is they could be a tad less dry. They arent soft and chewy like a slim Jim, rather, dryer like they are 30 minutes overcooked.
