It’s true that the ’lavender’ flavor of this syrup is extremely subtle. It doesn’t really smell or taste specifically like lavender to me; I view it as a healthier alternative to simple syrup with a slightly floral aroma. With that being said, it tastes great in my iced matcha lattes made with whole milk. Way better than using powdered sweeteners or creamers.

I make Matcha with oat milk and add the lavender syrup minus the whipped cream is pretty close enough to Starbucks and it’s inexpensive and delicious

I go the Lavender flavor. I've tried the variety pack including Caramel, Vanilla, and Hazelnut. I use this as a sweetener for my morning coffee. The smell is spot on exactly like lavender. I don't think the taste is quite there though. I appreciate having the sweetener in my coffee but once it's all mixed in the lavender flavor is very light, especially compared to how strong it is when you smell it from the bottle. Mixes in just fine with my coffee, and I do like that it's a large size bottle. I'm glad I tried it, though next time I will go with a more basic flavor.

AMAZING…. Love that it uses monk fruit. The lavender tastes delicious. Not too sweet but if you add cream it tastes like an expensive latte.

Doesn’t taste enough like lavender, it just tastes like sweetener with a hint of floral. I have gotten other sugar free lavender syrups with more flavor. The consistency was the same as a thin syrup. The bottle sizes were generous, but i also had to use a lot to taste any of the floral notes.

Almost no lavender flavor….It just tastes like a plain sugar syrup. Don’t recommend

Maybe it’s just the bottle I got, but I don’t get Lavender at all? But a nice simple syrup for my coffee. It definitely has tasty potential.

Good flavor, doesn't mess with my stomach like some other brands.
