Good ingredients but Too big to swallow and didn't like taste and smell

For one a day these are the best i have found You need to add a C , more D and mayb E and you are good to go!

I’ve been taking these for 4 years and it’s the best multi I have taken. I also subscribed to their magazine and found it to be a great way to research supplements.

This Is an excellent high potency vitamin that even people with sensitive stomachs can take.

I been taking these pills for 2 months now and I do notice a difference in energy levels and mental state.The pills are rather large indeed, and they do smell rather 'yeasty' (for lack of a better word).I'm rather sensitive to taste and size and therefor have serious problems swallowing big pills. So I've found this solution: I cut the pill in half and take them during breakfast. I 'fool' myself by popping in the pill when I'm about to swallow a bite. That way it goes down without a problem, no nasty after taste!

I really like these vitamins. I take one in the morning right after breakfast and a second dose right after lunch and this approach allows me to have energy at the end of the day. I like these vitamins so much that I have recommended them already to some friends and relatives and they have actually been impressed with these vitamins and have ordered them for themselves.

My friend who is a dietician recommended this multi. I don’t love the aftertaste or size but the vitamin content is awesome!

Love these vitamins! Taken with lunch, keeps me from the 3pm crash.
