Doesn’t do a thing.Awful taste. Says vanilla bean. It tastes fake and awful. Leaving terrible taste in my mouth.

I’m haven’t been able to tell whether it has helped my digestion. I have days of only loose stools or none at all when I’d prefer the middle. I also don’t like the smell, it’s does not smell like vanilla but more like chemicals.
