Used Sammon Preston equipment for 30 years and the stool wasn't even 60 days old and barely used and just literally fell apart with ball bearings everywhere but the return window closed in February so I'm out a stool that didn't even get the clinic 60 days of use. We are a non profit and I try to be a good steward of our finances but this was not a good choice. Very very disappointed and will make sure to stay away from Sammon Preston in the future since quality now seems to be an issue and having a 30 day return policy seems very minimal.

Came assembled except for wheels which were included. It took a towel wrapped hammer to get the wheels inserted correctly into the holes in the pre-installed rubber holders. I did not have to whack them very hard. If I had only wanted to use the stool in one place the rubber wheel holders also serve as floor protectors. This is so much safer than that little round stool on rolling crab feet that are sold in office stores.
