I like this but find it's hard to get it to be comfortable when trying to massage neck/shoulders. To get enough pressure I have to hold my arms out all the way which makes the massage not as comfortable. But you can also use it on other body parts like the lower back. I like that the heat option can be turned on or off. Overall it's held up well to use and is still working great.

This massager is alright. The biggest drawback is that it has to be plugged in to work. I was mislead to think that it was portable and didn't need to be plugged in. I thought you could just charge it and then wear it wherever but that is not the case. It does an alright job but I think it has some glitches because it will randomly turn off the heating part or start rotating without clicking anything. The cord isn't very long either so you have to sit pretty close to a wall to use it. The heating doesn't get very hot at all. Overall a misleading product.
