I am pleased with this purchase. The engraving is sharp and easily read, and there’s room for lots of information. The bracelet is of substantial weight, without being too heavy for comfort. I chose the white and silver version, which is attractive and will blend well with other jewelry pieces. The only problem I have with it is of my own making; I ordered the wrong length, and now need to visit my local jeweler to have some links removed.4-28-25 Editing to add kudos and express my gratitude to the Seller. The problem I mentioned in my original review was not something my jeweler could resolve, but the Seller did. As of today my bracelet is comfortably on my wrist, and I am secure in the knowledge that my emergency information is immediately available should the need arise.

Bracelet came long before expected due date. It has all the information perfectly etched on the inside side; the outside is lovely and far more feminine than my old bracelet. And…no membership fees! It is so pretty. I love that it feels like a real bracelet and still feel like it will be clear that it is medical in an emergency. I did order the biggest size and it is waaay too big. The whole thing is sturdy and I can’t make it smaller myself like I could have on a cheaper model.

But I’m going to return it.I am a size 6”, so that is what I ordered. However, the 6” in this bracelet does not fit my wrist. It is quite tight and uncomfortable on my wrist. And it is impossible to flip over—-it cuts off my circulation. I am disappointed.If you decide to order this product, size up a full size from your normal size, otherwise it won’t fit. The sizes on this bracelet run ridiculously small!

I have been diagnosed with Dementia and Parkinson's, so having the bracelet will help if I get separated from my family and don't know where I am. The front of the bracelet with the medical alert symbol looks very nice, just like wearing a regular bracelet. Turn it over and it has the following info: My Name / Dementia / Parkinson's / my husbands name and phone #Would highly recommend if you find that you need one or that a family member needs one.

First off I ordered the wrong color and it has personal information on it, so I have to keep itSecond, the pictures make it look like it is intricately done and it’s not, and the face is quite large, probably so you can put more information than is necessary on the backI would have returned it if I could
