Battery arrived sooner than the given delivery date although it did take a couple of weeks to arrive. It fits my Dell Alienware 15 R4 perfectly to replace the old swollen battery (top tip - don't drop your laptop down a flight of stairs!). Capacity also seems to be on a par if not slightly better than the original I haven't fully tested this yet but HWInfo shows 0% wear, the original showed 12% wear when new from Dell. Edit - the battery has swollen again after just over a year's use, I'm not sure if this indicates a fault with my laptop or the battery itself but I didn't drop it this time!

I went through the process of stripping the entire laptop down, rebuilt it then installed the new battery to find even after many hours of charging reporting as healthy that it doesn't take a charge... What a joke. Now I have to mess about paying up front to return the faulty battery internationally.

Purchased this because it was the highest rated - a touch more expensive than other offerings but when spending the money on a battery you want something that will work! Can’t comment on longevity but it’s replaced my swollen 4 yr old one perfectly

The battery stopped charging after 1 week. Will return! I would give them zero stars.

Better than the original battery I had in my Alienware 17 R4. Right now with lights on and high performance mode I’m showing 6.5 hours of battery life. Not terrible for a gaming computer. Install wasn’t to bad, would recommend. As long as it lasts. Time will tell.

The battery worked fine for 10 months, then suddenly would only operate/hold a charge for 2 minutes. Despite repeated requests for warranty return, as stated in the description, just kept receiving replies to "send pictures" ?? Interestingly when running battery diagnostic - returns as healthy. Despite quoting a higher rating, although when weighed came in less than original, can only assume fewer cells and softeare fix to cover. Interested if anybody else's died almost at the point (or just after) warranty expiration. AVOID.

Der Akku fängt nach 15 Monaten an, sich auf einer Seite aufzublähen und das Plastikgehäuse vom Laptop aufzudrücken!!! Wenn die Akkufolie undicht ist, kann sich Lithium mit Sauerstoff entzünden! Plötzlicher Spannungsabfall kommt hinzu. Warnung vor dem Kauf.

As parfaitement remplacé mon ancienne batterie qui au bout de 4 ans ne tenait plus du tout la charge. L'autonomie et parfaite pour un portable de cette gamme je trouve juste la charge une fois la batterie vide plus lente car PC branché est allumé il faut plusieurs heures..

Battery is not detected by Alienware r3 15 laptop :( it was very hard to disassemble and replace the battery only to find out that the Battery does not work, or is at least not being recognized by the laptop :(
