Hello, We print the “Best Before” dates on ALL our products and this date represents two years from the date of production. Once opened and stored properly / as per instruction the seasoning have easily another 6 months to use.

Q: is this a greenish paste like stuff i had years ago from WW?

It’s dark green and the most amazing hot flavor you can imagine. I go through 3 jars a year

Q: how different does the mild look from the hot, in color & texture? the hot is too dark, almost runny, not like a paste.

There is a difference in the taste and the color is almost the same being the hot a bit red but both have the same consistency.
