Surprisingly excellent
Fantastic item. Just used them for a flight from UK to Tenerife the noise cancelling was excellent, could bearly hear the engines and we were sat right next to them. As for comfort, great even when I wore glasses under them, they were comfortable. Battery life...lol It says 130 hours in boreal mode and 12 hours with Active Noise Cancelling switched on, I though no chance, but to my surprise haven't charged them for 2 weeks now after approx 2 hours per night. I'm impressed.

Very comfortable.
Easy to use. Lightweight. Doesn't hurt your ears after a long time wearing them. Very comfortable and well padded. Sound has 3 different settings, depending on your surroundings, so really handy while walking and still needing to know what's going on around you, and then getting on public transport and changing the setting to block everything out. Fantastic headphones and would definitely recommend.

Great value for money
I would be giving this 5 stars except for the faff of having to download an app to use. Excellent price, goos ANC, sound is crystal clear, super comfortable ear pads and battery life goes on for days. Very happy with this purchase. Update 20/08/2025 - so good and such good value I bought a second pair for my wife.

Better than some headphones that cost 200 pounds.
Considering their only cost me £20 they are better than some headphones that cost 200 pounds.

I immediately noticed the difference between these and my old headphones. The sound quality was clearer on the Fio Motus. The Bluetooth on my phone picked it up instantly. The volume controls on the headphones are far more convenient than needing to pull my phone out of my pocket and change them volume. Same with the skip button. The ear cuffs are squishy and large enough to actually go around my ears instead of just sitting against them. The noise canceled works well enough to help with my migraines. They were the lower price, at time of purchase, of the three I was considering, and we're even better than I was expecting. They even come with a plug-in cord, which I didn't even notice in the description.

Great sound, as others have stated, the ANC is just passable, but the transparancy mode is great! I bought these to replace som Monster headphones that were 4x as expensive. These sound better than my Razer Kraken Pro wireless as well. Earcups are a bit shallow but better than Monster. Compared to the Audio Technica wired closed back headphones, they have better range and smooth bass. Still v shaped sound but overall not muddy. Bluetooth pairing and range is good.

Although I haven't tried out the mic yet they worked great for listening to my laptop and TV. The BT connects without a hitch and the sound great.

Just bought these headphones and I've been using them daily — perfect for commuting and podcasts. The sound is pleasant and the noise cancelling works great. They're lightweight, fold up neatly, Bluetooth pairs reliably, and the battery lasts — occasional ear fatigue after very long sessions, but overall a solid, convenient buy.

I've done a little bit of audio mixing so here's my take: -Sound quality: not great out of the box and can sound tinny or distant. However, the equalizer is a large redeeming feature. It's unfortunate that you have to download an app because the app doesn't serve any other purpose and just takes up storage, but a good mix can make a big difference. I'll leave a screenshot of my mix. The headphones have stereo sound as expected. However, it seems like the right ear is slightly stronger than the left, leaving some songs sounding a little off. The spatial audio isn't proper spatial audio; it's just a different audio balance (it's similar to the audio mix I use). It's also not ideal for movies as it makes a static sound in quiet scenes. Overall, the sound is good for music if equalized. -Build quality: amazing build quality for the price. The finish doesn't leave fingerprints and doesn't feel cheap. One thing, the fake leather at the top is starting to come off already after a month of having it. It's nothing major and hardly noticeable. Its ability to fold isn't really practical and it still takes up quite a bit of space as it doesn't fold symmetrically. -Noise cancellation: the ANC just muffles noise and doesn't do much. It's barely cuts out fan sounds and I just don't bother using it. Transparency is also not worth using. The over ear design doesn't create a complete seal and lets in sound through the front. It might be worth finding a pair of headphones without ANC that create a better seal around your ear. -Battery: the battery life is really good! It definitely doesn't last 130h as described, but you still get around 50h-70h which is very good. I find myself charging it every 3 weeks after moderate use. It charges extremely fast though! -Connecting multiple devices: I find this a very useful feature, and I wished it could connect to 3. I often find myself connecting between a phone, computer, and tablet. Not having to reconnect every time is convenient and should be a feature for more audio devices. -Overall: Very good value for the price. The battery is great and it sounds good after equalizing. All the extra modes and features are essentially just for marketing and are not practical. Buy this if you want good sound, good battery, and find yourself hopping between devices. Note that I paid $28 after tax, and this review is based on that price. If it had a better mix out of the box and didn't have a static in the background, this would easily be 5 stars. However, the main concern is I see if that people have bought this at different price points (I saw some people paid $60). I would look at other headphones, perhaps higher quality ones that are second hand, if your budget is over $40.
