Q: Where in the description are the measurements/capacity of the sizes? I can’t find that information.

Small is 5in in height and 8in in diameter with a capacity of 2 quarts 20 ounces. Medium is 5.1 x 8.2in with capacity of 3qts 12oz, Large is 5.5 x 9.5in with capacity of 4qts 14oz. Extra Large is 6.5 x 11in with capacity of 6qts 17oz. Hope that helps!

Q: How much does it weigh?

I am not going to put it on a scale....but this size plus contents (beans/frijoles) was heavy eno0ugh for my wife to ask for help out of the oven.

Q: How to clean this clay pot after cooking ?

I use hot water + soft scrub brush. Do not use any soap or detergent…it will seep into clay. For stubborn stains a little baking soda.
