Good quality product. I never had lupin but when I ordered this one was surprised with quality.

I love that I have an alternative to almond flour! Such a great product to give your lo carb baked goods a nice authentic mouth feel and great taste too. Takes on the flavor of other ingredients used.

I use this product due to the high protein content. Makes some awesome gravy. Awesome for keto and helps me reach my daily protein goals.

Excellent product, I use it a lot. Good flavor, mild, slightly nutty.I've found that I can use it mixed 50/50 with vital gluten to replace about half the flour in recipes. That greatly reduces carbs, increases protein and fiber, but the texture is still similar to the original recipe. Close enough for me, and I'm fairly picky about these things.

I use it in my smoothies since it is high on protein and fiber. I bake with it as well. I use it as and egg replacement. That way I can make all my cookies for Christmas vegan.
