it says to measure thighs but it only lets you order by waist - there is no correlation - how does thigh measurement tell me what waist size to order?

I went by the thighs because that is where most leakage occurs. The waist has a lot of stretch so it fits quite a bunch of sizes. Couldn't have been more pleased

We only got one per pack each time we ordered we ordered twice

I have not tried to return them but they are not leak proof. I gave up using them.
