Best ever!!!! & ...a year later, still effective and GREAT!!
A year later ... I'm a forever customer!!! I'm adding a second notebook to my most loved organizational tools and extra everything Miracle Bind, blueline! I was a old-school Franklin Planner person, but over 10+ years and career changes I did not need all that. These notebooks are so functional, big or small they cut out all the wasted time of sifting through unnecessary paperwork or multiple notebooks looking for "where did I write that down?" times. Throw away what you don't need or want with no annoying little spiral paper trash getting all over the place. I really could go on and on, but I see by all the other 5 star reviews, you get the picture :)This is the perfect book for keeping all of your records straight. I purchased some little tabs and added them for sections. I love the clear pocket and I love it. It looks professional in any meeting. I also bought a replacement pack of paper. This little notebook is my new fave and will definitely re-purchase if needed.

MiracleBind - a new and novel product!
This is a great notebook! I've long used preprinted day planners and note/journal pages in the common 5 ½" X 8 ½" ring bound size, as made by Franklin Covey, Day Timer and others. But I've always felt that, with a usable width of less than 5", those pages were not as wide as I would like. And ring-binding, while providing great flexibility in organizing and adding/repositioning pages, also added more bulk than I preferred. So I researched alternatives and found the MiracleBind products. This unique binding combines the slimness and lighter weight of wire binding with the repositionability of ring-binding. These notebooks are available in three sizes - the 7 ¼" X 9 ¼" is ideal for me, providing the added page width I wanted, plus a little extra height, and is much more manageable than larger size alternatives. The notebook includes a set of color-coded pressure-sensitive tabs which, in concert with the page remove & reinsert feature, enables one to set-up individual sections for separate subjects. It also includes a multi-pocket vinyl storage page (also removable & reinsertable), that's handy for small paper items like receipts, business cards and temporary notes. The notebook also includes ten telephone/address pages. I've replaced those with additional note pages as I carry contact info electronically, but others may find them useful. In addition, there are five sheets of "Notes" pages that are each micro-perforated into three individually removable Notes, with boxes for check-marks along the right margin of each line. They may or may not prove useful - if not, they can also be removed and replaced with additional standard note pages. The hard cover of this notebook is fully functional as is, but I wanted a leather cover. I couldn't find one that was the right dimensions for this notebook, but with internet searching I found I could have one custom made that fits precisely, for around the same price as a quality pre-made leather cover. My new day planner & note/journal system consists of this MiracleBind notebook, and an At-A-Glance #70-908-10 monthly/weekly planner refill, also purchased from Amazon (see separate review). Although described as 6" X 9", the pages of this planner actually measure 6 5/8" wide (not including the monthly tabs). This again provides the additional width I wanted, and a format that I like.I found a zippered leather wire bound cover at Franklin Covey that, although designed for their smaller page size, JUST fits this AAG planner, although with no room to spare in the width! (Note that Blueline also makes a monthly planner in MiracleBind, which is available on Amazon, should their format meets your needs.)Putting this all together took a fair bit of time to research, but I now have a system that addresses my specific needs MUCH better than those that I've used previously. I have two slim, leather-covered books rather than one thick one. All things considered, this is an ideal solution for me. Nothing even compares
This is a great product. I tried similar ones including Staples onversion, and Levenger (maybe not bad but not as good, and way more expensive, all things considered), and this one is the best!A. Pros:1. The most important feature is that you can remove any page you want and organize all your material the way you want.2. The notebook has a greatly designed vinyl pocket that can accommodate your notes, papers and two of them are exactly the size of 3X5 index cards ( I love index cards for notes).3. The system of tabs & labels with the index works great.4. You will also have Address Book and Notes (kind of checklists).5. The notebook is really great for writing on the go (like in your lap) because the notebook can be folded to lay completely flat in your lap, which really makes writing much easier. One warning though -- unfold the notebook before you flip a page or you can damage the holes in the page designed to be removed.5. The design of removable pages is best -- better then Levenger or Staple version. But you need to be careful, removable pages are more fragile, but this is a trade-off for having the felxibility to organize your material in the way you choose.6. I write with the cheap fountain pen, and the pages are nice and thick enough so thay don't bleed through.7. Great look -- the notebook have an old-fashioned nice look, you could put labels on their spines, and when you put it on the shelf they look like nice hardcover books.B: Cons:I wish Amazon had an option to buy those with quad paper -- you can buy refills, but they are expensive, and it doesn't make sense to buy the notebook only to use it as a cover for a refill.A great product! I may organize all my notes with those notebooks!
