California Costumes All Star Cheerleader Child Costume, X-Small, Black/Pink

I have bought many costumes and have always been disappointed with the low level of quality, especially with the amount of money we have paid. I bought this costume for my 6 year old after we went and looked at a local costume store here in town and the costume she wanted was $40 and the quality was terrible. We ordered this costume with Amazon because the price was great and she really wanted it...however at $20 I didn't have high hopes that it would last more than one year. When it arrived I was SO impressed! This costume is made with wonderful quality fabric and my daughter absolutely loves it. The shirt is a bit short, but she put a tank top under it and it's a perfect fit. Also, the pom poms are very durable. I bought a cheer costume for another daughter at a local store and the pom poms have shed all over my house...however, these pom poms have not shed at all! I am very happy with this costume and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good quality costume at a great price!

Fits well! I assume she'll be able to play in this the next couple of years. My 5 1/2 year old is just coming out of size 5 so I went with the bigger size. Just like the other reviewers said, the pom-poms are definitely more quality made than the cheap ones on a stick & are sure to last through plenty of play without all of the loose strings we all love picking up so much. This is the reason I chose to go with this costume. She just got to meet some local HS cheerleaders and play with their real pom-poms and now having the "same" kind as them she thinks she is a real cheerleader too. They really are so close! Not sure if I can come back and add pictures to my review later, but if I can I will after Halloween. We are super excited! And pink and black are so cool looking together!

Cute, size is right too. Daughter is six and is tiny, ordered an XS. She put it on straight out of the package and has really enjoyed it. The pompoms are better quality than expected. Very cute. Happy girl!!

Fits perfectly --- but WAY overboard on the tape on the costume package! Nearly broke 2 pair of scissors trying to get it off - and now I cannot even store the costume back in the plastic costume package because it is all sticky. It should be noted that this is NONE WASHABLE! So - consider it a one use outfit!!

Took a chance buying this product from the certified amazon section. The product looks like new. The pompons were Betty hick and of excellent quality. The sizes do run small and it seems like the top is more like a crop top mean to show the belly area, so I bought a bigger size and it looks great. The material is what you would expect in a costume nothing fancy.

My daughter loved it! She is 5 years old, but tall and slim. She usually wears size 6 (Gap reference 6-7) I ordered a small and it fit perfectly. The shirt’s collar is a bit broad but it was ok. Great for warm weather, too. The pompoms are the best I’ve seen! Much better than those regular ones. She was comfortable, and feeling cute. I recommend this costume!

We liked it so much that my sister bought two for her daughters for this Halloween. The pom poms are as good as the ones we used in high school. They're going to last forever. The outfit is not made of professional cheerleading uniform material, but pretty decent (better than what you find in a Halloween store). If we wash and hang dry it, it should last quite a while. I bought a medium for my small 10 year old (55 pounds). Fits nicely. A little bit of belly showing, but nothing that a fitted tank top underneath won't cover.

Very cute and fit was a little small. My daughter did complain about it being itchy and on the warmer side.
