The Philips sterilizer has been a total game-changer in our baby routine. It’s super easy to use — just add water, pop in the bottles or accessories, and hit the start button. In just a few minutes, everything is sterilized and ready to go! It fits multiple bottles, pacifiers, pump parts, and even small toys. It's big relief after wash where basically it's simple steamer which sterilises the bottle. The other company gives functionality to use the same steam to boil eggs in same machine. Overall does good job, however there is leakage between two compartments which release steam but that's not big problem. People have complained about switch but I have never turned it off, always On, I only use main power supply to swithch it off and on. Yeah one more thing, the Tongs which they have provided to pick steamed objects is useless. Better use it with sterilized hands or another plastic tongs. I used it 5-6 times daily.

I purchased this product in India and same product which available in Europe has inbuilt dryer option and this one does not . Once the baby items are sterilised, we need to dry them , specially for the babies under 6months as there will be still water droplets left. It’s a double work for any new mom ,if there is no drying option embedded with this kind of product. Before I traveled from Europe, I placed this order thinking it’s the similar one as it appeared the same look wise and I did not read the description, but when I started to use the product I realised the drying option is missing and it’s such a chaos to dry them manually. I could not even return as I arrived late in India and the return date was already expired. The good option instead of this one is promom steriliser and dryer as compared to this one for some extra money. Dear Philips , please think about including the dryer option as it helps new moms . I believe adding dryer option for couple of extra money will help new moms and boost your sales too.

I recently purchased the Philips Avent Sterilizer, and I must say it has been one of the most useful and practical baby care products I've added to our routine. This has been a great purchase as per it helped a lot to keep clean the bottles for my baby. I'm sorry that it does not include a couple of bottles. Also, after a couple of months, the tray in the base of the product got apparently rusty, which makes it harder to re-sell. The problem is that the tray is not too easy to clean, but the sterilizing jug is pretty easy to clean and use.

I bought this, and initially loved it, so don’t like to have the experience I’m having now. I’ve followed the instructions and, now, the heating plate is peeling. I don’t dare attempt to clean it again the way the instructions are written (just a simple wipe down after each use from now on). The bubbles/peeling paint gives me pause there could be toxic particulates contaminating the steam (sticking to the items being sanitized). I’ve tried to call Philips, and no answer to my web messages, so I’m stuck with it (unusable); since it is passed the return window. This is not ok & not a good look for Philips (whose still having issues with their CPAP recalls and the sketchy things they used to manufacture those).

Cord barely long enough to reach plug on wall. Otherwise, I love this sterilizer.
