After sitting at a desk all day, this massage chair has become my favorite way to relax in the evening. The Zero Gravity position takes pressure off my back almost immediately, and the heat around the lower back feels warm and comforting without getting too hot. I especially like the foot rollers after long days on my feet—they feel surprisingly soothing. The massage moves smoothly from my shoulders down to my hips, and the body scan makes it feel naturally adjusted to my height. It’s quiet, comfortable, and genuinely helps me unwind before bed.

I was going to wait for a while to write a review of this chair, but my experience with its arrival, set up, and first use really requires that I write a first impressions review now. To begin, the box was delivered at the earliest point of estimated delivery, a rare treat in my experience with Amazon deliveries. Unboxing was a bit of a chore. The thing weighs about 200 pounds and I was alone. I managed it. The cardboard will go to a recycling site near my home today. The styrofoam will have to wait. There is plenty of both. Assembling the chair was pretty easy. The calf support was reasonably weighted, so not too difficult to get in place and set. it took a little longer to get the threads on the remote stand to engage, but that, too, got done. The one or two other minor adjustments went very easily. There are videos which I watched earlier that prepared me. Nothing, however, prepared me for my first experience using the chair. I had had another massage chair that was given to me sort of third hand. It was an older generation of another brand. I would call it "adequate" now having never experienced a really good chair before it. The first session on this chair blew my mind. Unlike my old chair, this one actually felt as close to human hands as I imagine is possible. Where the old chair only extended down to the top of the pelvis this chair's devices gently massaged the hips, glutes and upper thighs in a way that made my arthritic hips truly joyful. Meanwhile my feet and calves were kneaded and massaged. The upper back and alongside the spine were worked in various ways, each remarkably human like in feel. To say that I was blown away would be an understatement. It didn't end there. I had some questions about how to use the remote which weren't answered by the manual. I wrote a short email to the info line for the manufacturer. I had an answer back in just a few minutes. The rep asked me for my phone number and said he would call shortly. I sent my number, and within 20 minutes I got a call-back from him. He turned it into a Facetime chat so that he could use the video to walk me through the various functions. In my entire life I have never experienced customer service at that level. In conclusion, the chair is a solid, beautifully made piece of furniture. It is extremely comfortable and remarkably functional. I have not read any reviews that speak of any longer term problems with its mechanisms. The warranty seems reasonable to me. I did not opt for the extended one, though I may choose to do so in a few weeks before the 30 day return period. I looked at a lot chairs after the old one I had malfunctioned. This was the best priced one I saw. It is remarkable at any price. At the current price I would have to call it a steal. If you want a great chair and don't want to pay what we used to pay for a new car, this is the one for you. It certainly is for me.

We bought this RELX massage chair in December at a great price, and it arrived in just two days. We’ve been using it for over a month now, and it has been absolutely amazing. This chair doesn’t just vibrate—it truly massages from your feet all the way up to your neck, and it feels incredible. We both work long days and are runners, so we use the chair every night to recover. It’s become part of our routine and is unbelievably relaxing. On top of that, our fur babies unfortunately chewed through the controller wire, and I was so stressed thinking the chair would be unusable—especially since we had just bought it. I called RELX customer service, and they answered immediately. They gave me a number to text photos, confirmed they had the part, and said they could ship it within five days. Their customer service is truly 11/10. They even included a complimentary chair cover, which was such a thoughtful touch. If you’re on the fence about buying this chair, just do it. It’s hands down the best on the market for the price it’s at.

Recently I had to replace my old and pricey massage chair. I looked at tons of options online, wasn’t sure what to trust, and kept coming back to this one. After sitting in my cart for weeks, I finally bought it—and I’m seriously impressed. Build Quality: Surprisingly sturdy. The faux leather feels nice and holds up well so far. Massage Performance: The massage is strong, especially on the shoulders. I like a deep massage. You can change the settings to adjust the strength. Rollers & Airbags: Rollers are strong and smooth. Airbags feel supportive without being too much. Heating: Back heating is solid—great in colder weather. Doesn’t reach the shoulders, but still a nice bonus. Controls & Features: Tons of modes and a manual option. Voice control is fun and handy. One-touch zero gravity is awesome. The remote layout takes a minute to learn, but once you do, it's smooth sailing. Fit: It fits me just right. Why It Stands Out: You get a ton of features that usually come with way more expensive chairs. It feels like it was designed with real users in mind—smart touches like the control knob, and easy-to-move wheels. Plus, customer service was super responsive. Bottom Line: Totally worth it. Great chair, great price, great experience. I use it every single day and I’d absolutely recommend it.

This RELX massage chair has become a big part of my daily routine. What I enjoy most is the airbag massage — it gently squeezes my feet, calves, and arms. It feels like a soft hug that helps my whole body relax. The pressure is just right and really helps relieve stress and tension. The back rollers are amazing too. They move up and down my back and work out tight muscles after a long day. The massage is strong but still very comfortable, giving great relief to my back. After sitting for many hours, both the airbag massage and the back rollers help improve blood flow and reduce stiffness. Whether it’s a short break or a longer session, this chair always leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed.

We just took delivery of our RELX 2025 chair & learning all about its capabilities & offerings. So far, we are very impressed with its ability to do a diagnostic check first to identify & set up its "treatment" plan. My wife has been especially pleased with the "Comfort" setting & it is really relaxing. For me, I find the areas in my back that experience muscle spasms, it does a great job "defusing" those sites into a most relaxed mode. So, we are really impressed with the quality, look & feel, & especially its workings! Oh yes, I was able to quickly link my phone to the chair & to be able to enjoy music as well! BTW...we got excellent support from the RELX support group....David was so helpful giving me an excellent orientation & understanding of its capabilities. An excellent choice for us!!

Our chair was just delivered today and of course had to try it out. This chair exceeded my expectations. The screen is such a cool addition and being voice controlled is a huge bonus! The massage settings are adjustable, heat is a nice touch, and sooooo relaxing. It’s worth the price. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase.
