A quality product at a great price-With support when needed!
I was beginning to think I had a problem with this item, because it took longer to arrive than anticipated. I have a small shop that is really dependent on my air compressor, and with the compressor motor on the blink I needed a quick fix! A call to KAE Industrial received a quick response, and Ben handled my problem with speed and efficiency. The carrier-FEDEX-had problems with the shipment because the shipping label was damaged in transit. Ben arranged everything, and the motor arrived the next day. A quick install brought my shop back online, and the Leeson motor does a much better job than the old one did! In addition to that, Ben is having a new motor control box sent so that I can replace the one bent in transit. A good deal all around!
