ColorSilk Hair Color, 42 Medium Auburn 1 ea (Pack of 6)

The color covers grey and lasts until the roots start showing. I’ve had redheads compliment my red color and are surprised to find out I use a box dye. My natural color was very dark brown, but now grey and I’ve used color 42 over the years. I will say that if you wash your hair 5-7 days a week and spend a lot of time in the summer sun, the color turns lighter and brassy. I love the color.

It’s hard to find this color so buying it on Amazon is a relief. This is the easiest hair color and I’ve used it for years. I have adapted the instructions for my use and my hair always looks good. The conditioner is also fabulous. Great deal.
