I bought navy blue, size 6xl. I weigh 240 lbs, stand 5'8" tall and measure 48-40-50.The fit was perfect and the ribbon lacings are very long so you can adjust or tight-lace as needed. The corset is long for my short torso and went from right under my bust to the middle of my hips. Sitting while wearing it for a prolonged period would likely be a challenge.The construction is amazing. The material is a nice substantial synthetic silk, it's actually steel boned and feels very study. Once buckled in with the laces drawn my waist was snatched! I was able to get it off and on by myself with no issue. The trick is to loosen the laces, buckle the front and then pull the laces tight.More colors should be available via Prime though. the silver/grey would have been perfect for my costume. the navy blue was pretty much as pictured color-wise it just didn't work with the costume I had planned so I did not keep it.

Product is very good quality and came in the mail very fast. It was a little to small , so I immediately returned it for the next size up. My return process was very easy. I am excited and can't wait to wear when my right size comes in.

I originally bought this corset for a cosplay and it served its purpose, looked nice, and was decent for the price. It is definitely not actual shape wear but is good as a costume corset. I did eventually wear it for some everyday outfits as well. The back has some lacing so it’s easily adjustable. It’s easy to breathe in and fits well. I will say though, over time the boning will split the seams and start to poke out the bottom. But it’s definitely a good corset for the price and works well for cosplay and costumes.

Second time I've bought this corset. First one lasted me 6 years so I ordered another the other day. Is it a "professional" corset, no. That being said, it keeps your back straight, it's great quality for $17, you can tighten it all the way and it won't suffocate you or stab you (i can anyways), it does absolutely help with shape you just have to break it in. The Sizing is PERFECT. You can use the sizing guide but I prefer looking at the reviews sorted by weight and height similar to me and it's always been perfect. Sometimes it comes with a thong but mine didn't this time, which is so okay cuz I never wear them (those are crap lmao. That's one woman's opinion though).

Looked cool, I couldn't wait to try on. Whew!!I guess I should have ordered 2 sizes larger.So I did. That one , I give to my little sister. Hopefully the next one I can get in to.

My daughter wears a size small but based on the reviews we sized up one and bought a medium. It fits perfectly! Great quality and looks exactly as pictured.

I absolutely LOVE this corset! Bought it for a cinderella dress and it fits amazingly! Wish a little that I went down a size but oh well, still fits great! One thing, it doesnt decrease your waist size, at least in my experience, but It does make you look very hourglass from the front. Very comfortable too and helps with my back and posture. Generally just great!

As far as functional corsets go, this one won’t give you the super exaggerated hourglass look unless you already have that general shape naturally. That being said, it didn’t give me a slightly deeper curve than my natural waist. I would say the sizing is accurate so be sure to measure yourself well. I got a 6XL and while I could’ve gone down to a 5XL, it would’ve meant being tied into the corset tighter.I don’t recommend attempting tight lacing with this. The boning is definitely plastic which is nice for costume pieces (like this one) but not good for long term, sustainable use. Also, if you have trouble with the ribbon itself coming untied, retie it using a carrick bend knot - it’s much more sturdy than whichever knot was originally holding my ribbon together.The color is true to the pictures in the listing and the fabric is as quality as I’d expect for the price. Overall, I think this will work for what I got it for :)
