Size Runs Small
I would normally wear a medium but large is a little tight. Padding seems better quality than most.

Not for me
These will soak it up if you get everything lined up right. The pad is not any wider than depends guards, meaning you have to make sure things are in the right place. Also you feel wet, and eventually the outside of the underwear feels wet as well. For me I'll stay with Tena Guards because the are wider in the front making it more worry free, and I feel dry through out the day.

Not absorbent
The manufacturer and I have a different definition of "maximum absorbency." They do not absorb well / quickly, so despite saying they can hold 20 oz urine flows out of the sides and top. I will say they are very soft, they are not noticeable under clothing, and they wash well.

He hated disposable briefs
I got these for my teen son, who has autism, and likely has neurogenic bladder. He hated disposable briefs, and would often rip them up. He can't tear these, tho, and likely doesn't want to, because they are so comfortable. As he has heavy surges, I pair them with Depend Incontinence Guards for Men, which is like a Poise pad, only designed specifically for male incontinence. and it's really changed his life. He no longer has the kind of leaks that are visible, which gives him more confidence. He also doesn't have to go through the bother of completely removing his pants in order to change his disposable undergarment. I will order them again.

Comfortable. Breathable. But leaks easy.
Very comfortable. Very breathable.Basically a normal briefs (like Fruit of the Loom) with the front to lower portion being a built in absorbent pad(non-removable.)The "Maximum Absorbency" item they claim can hold 1 cup of liquid. But in use, the thing just leaks all over the "fly" area, left and right of the pad, and very back where the pad ends, the normal brief material wets it self if there is any good amount of liquid. Not even 1/4 cup liquid and this thing is wet all over it self. These only seem to be affective for dribbles, not so much an actual leak. Anything more than a dribble, remove the garment immediately, else you will be wet allover.

Lighter grey than like the photo shows and the Large is HUGE not at all like regular underwear like 2Xist (Luv)
Too bulky for me at this stage inside is whiter so not for me. Also is gray, not black, as the photo shows. I had thought dark, dark gray lt lite gray And it has white pads that show Hershey Squirts if your farts squirts and you thought it was always just air, well tidy whites and white pads can embarrass yourself.
