Wow. This product blew me away. I take two of these about an hour before going to seep. I wake up more relaxed than I have been in months. It kind of feels like my whole body and brain have gotten into a warm bath. That "ahhh" relaxation feeling is there all the way though my shoulders and back. But my cognitive functioning is not clouded or foggy. I knew that I have been struggling with high levels of cortisol. I didn't know this work work so well.

Makes me sleepy

This is my second time buying the Blueberry Magnesium Glycinate gummies. They really help me to relax, and help with my sleep! It's not like melatonin which makes me extremely groggy the next day. I love these!

You have to take 2 of these to equal 1 of a different magnesium gummy I found elsewhere . And i don't really need the bear shape, i think that's more for childen . just me.. So sorry, but won't be buying these again.

This is my second purchase.I bought these for my 14 & 13 year old grandchildren who are very hyper, especially at night. My 14 yr old granddaughter noticed it was helping her focus on her homework.My grandson, with ADHD, is sleeping better, and so am I.I definitely would recommend to those who have younger, hyper active kids. 5 star forsure.
