Don’t follow cooking instructions on bag, you will end up with rice mush! It’s a 1: 1 1/2 ratio
I was given this rice as a gift and bough it for my self. When I receive the rice the picture on la bag was different. I reached out to the vendor and they said they had just changed the picture on the bag but in reality it was a completely different quality of rice. The cooking direction on the bag as well is incorrect! If you follow it you will end up with rice mush as I did the fits couple of times. I’m very dissatisfied with the company’s lack of integrity

This is the best paella rice. Period
I’ve just reordered another 2 bags of this. One cup cooks enough for 2 people, and requires about 4 cups of liquid to make plump, perfect, delectable paella on a 24” pan. It stores easily. I cooked my last bag after the use-by date and it was still amazing. You can see my paella’s on IG at johnnypaella
