Pros: For about 3 days, I didn't notice anything but after the 1st week, I started to observe that my energy levels didn't drop through out the day. Due to how Shilajit is formed, its important to have the hard metals and chemicals tested to ensure the shilajit isn’t toxic, as well as authentic.
