"Some Assembly required"
There was a lot more assembly than expected. After getting it mostly assembled, I had to de-assembled it because it was too large to move to its permanent location. The rail was missing but the vendor sent me a new rail rather quickly. Overall, it is a nice product but be prepared to spend a lot of time assembling it.

Excellent Customer Service
I bought this for my daughter's very small room and it provides a great amount of storgae for its footprint. We love it!Even more notable was the very good customer service! Some drawers parts of mine were damaged and I requested replacement parts. The response I received was personal (not a robot), timely and efficient. I did have to wait for the parts to be manufactured and delivered, but when I received them, they were just what I needed! A pleasure to do business with!

Lots of space
Easy to install. Lots of space and compartments.I am using this for my two kids’ room that I am using as storage. Can fit lot of stuff in this closet/wardrobe. Beautiful colour.I would buy it again for my own bedroom～Perfect for what I need and the cost.
