The unit itself looks very professional. The products came very well packaged with no imperfections on unit. The wax beans came stuck together but smacking the bag against the floor separated them well enough to place in the warming container. The instructions were very easy to follow and the wax warmed up pretty quickly (around 6 min). This is NOT a pain free wax and I have used waxes that do not hurt as much as this one did. That being said I don't think there is a wax that doesn't hurt - I mean you are pulling out the hair by the root. I had to go over a few areas as the wax did not get all the hair. Also, I strongly recommend working fast because the wax does dry out pretty quickly and I found it was harder to work with once completely hardened. As far as clean up, I don't know if I did something wrong but it was hard to wipe it off with a paper towel. Not a huge deal though because you can just put the lid on and store it away. Once you use it again, all the wax that was left in the container will melt anyway so I didn't really mind that I couldn't take off all the wax. Anyways, I think this is a good starter unit, fairly priced and it very easy to follow all instructions.

I am a professional cosmetologist and esthetician, and this warmer is amazing!! The companies wax beads formula are as well amazing! There are many complaints about the wax but I believe it’s their application process that’s making it difficult for them. You HAVE TO PUT A THICK LAYER ON!!! This is how stripless wax is used. If it isn’t thick you won’t be able to pull it off in one piece. For how fast the warmer melts down the wax...I’m thoroughly impressed. All around for the price of this product it is beyond worth 22$ honestly how this wax and warmer performs you’d think this is an 80$ kit! I will buy my wax beads from this company!! Because the wax dries quickly, no bumps, not itchy and I had reddness for 10mins tops!

This product has been great, I ordered the Hard Wax (same brand) separately, thinking the packages that come with the heater were samples, but I have not finished using the 4 bags that comes with it. I have sensitive skin and it has been great so far, no rash, no swelling. Very easy to use, so if this is your first time using hard wax/ or you are simply finding something that is good quality vs price, I would recommend this product.

User warning: Read all instructions. Test it on a small area first, like your arm or leg. Don't go straight to delicate areas first.My daughter wanted and got this product. It works like it is suppose. It uses melted wax that solidifies on the skin and hair to snatch out hair that you don't want.My daughter did not do like the instructions told her. She had an unwanted experience. I think she understands that the instructions are there so that you don't hurt yourself.Follow instructions, please.It will remove the hair.

I just bought this product a few days ago, and I absolutely love it. The fact that it's a small device makes it easy to store, it has adjustable heat button that makes it easy to operate it to the perfect heat. The beans are not messy-sticky, the beans don't have a smell and over all it does a good job on the wax part. If you are a budget-er like me, but still wanna pay your money for quality this product is a perfect buy. Looking forward to buy extra beans in the future to restock. As it's European product as origin, I'm glad this Italian product didn't let me down.

It does the job but there's a few things I don't like about this wax kit. For one, the lid is made of cheap thin plastic that hard to remove. Secondly, the temperature dial is very sensitive and difficult to set the right temperature. Other than that, it is a good beginner waxing warming kit and a step above the microwavable wax kits that I used to use!

I have been trying to find a warmer for wax that won't die after a month, and so far I have been lucky with this one. The wax it comes with though is less than awesome. It feels like it breaks the hair rather than pull it from the root, leaving a rough surface when waxing is complete. Hopefully I will find something better.

I've been in the beauty business for 37 years, used all kinds of wax warmers and I have to say this is by far one of the best I've ever owned/used. I'm very happy with the European Wax Warmer. The samples of wax sent with the kit work great for nose hair removal.
