Works for this 82 year old male. Noticed within several days that I no longer had this sense tiredness and fatigue, particularly when going on my daily walk with my dog . I now walk again with longer with more certain strides as I did several years ago. Not suddenly energetic, but feeling normal on a walk as I would in my seventies.
