Would it be best to use the yellow lens for day and night or just night?

The primary function of the yellow lens is to help reduce the glare from oncoming headlights at night. They can be worn in the day time to provide wind and debris protection. If you're riding directly into the rising or setting sun, a pair of dark glasses will serve you better.

Does each pair only come with one tint color? Or can other tints come with and you snap them in?
