The color is not exactly burgundy but it's a reddish pink color that's not very dark or pigmented, unlike the photo color shown. It has shimmer. The formula isn't great, it doesn't glide smoothly as some better kajal eyeliners do. You may need to apply twice for the color to show well and it definitely isn't as saturated a color as shown in the image. It may be better for subtle looks and the shade may not work very well for more pigmented eyelid skin and for deeper skin tones, as it's not very dark so it may come off more pastel or almost blend in with skin. For this price this is the usual quality one would get. its comparable to health and glow color kajal in terms of pigment and formula, but not many other brands even have burgundy eyeliner which is why I got this

It giving doubt that it's a original product of faces canada.. Feel that I wasted my money.. God's grace i ordered only Burgundy, thought to buy all blue green brown too, but suddenly removed other color and bought only this to try... Previously I bought blue heaven, that's very nice.. But faces Canada color kajal is not good.. Dont buy it
