Q: Are these sun-dried apricots?

Not sure how they were dried, but they tend to be too dry. I prefer Newman's own organic or Simple Truth organic for more moist and sweet apricots.

Are they California apricots or Mediterranean apricots? There is a big difference in the taste. California apricots are tart while Mediterranean ones are sweet

Q: I have gotten the 3 lb bags of "apricots in the buff" and found them typically delicious. The packaging on these is different-- are they the same?
