A great compliment to any kitchen.
The knife has a good weight and holds wsb edge well. This thing is a beast. On quick pop with my palm and it cut cleanly through a pork rib bone without dulling or deciding the edge. Since it is high carbon steel you need to make sure to wash is and care for ut properly or else it will rust.

This knife cuts into the future!!!
This knife is so sharp right out the package I looked at it and it cut me! The knife is so great!!!! It’s literally one of the best if not the best knife Ive purchased!!! Only down fall! It needs a nice leather sheath!

Great knife, with minor setback
Cut alot of vegetables. Bought the knife for my cousin's husband here in Arizona. We're from Minnesota visiting. We were having a gathering. We made alot of vegetable trays snacks and dips. Knife worked great. Cutting edge was fanominal. Only problem is that the handle is loose. Rivets or the set pins aren't tight. Made it a little bit uncomfortable, but manageable. Patrick Eastman

This is a great addition to any kitchen. I can’t think of anything it can’t do. It looks very bulky and crude but it’s surprisingly maneuverable. When received the blade is covered with a powdery black coating to ward off rust. I used a steel wool scrubber to remove most of it fairly easily. This is carbon, non stainless steel, so it must be treated properly to avoid rust, similar to cast iron skillets. All you need to do is be sure it is dry after use and rub a bit of oil on it. I use canola and it works perfectly. Good purchase. I’m 72 years old so I’m sure my sons will get to fight over it!!!! And most likely my grandsons after them!!!

Cool but not sharp
Very manly knife, but you need to know how to sharpen, because it doesn't come kitchen ready. I will probably relegate it to the camping crate, but I'm going to try to sharpen it good so I can use it more every day. Pretty heavy and solid, nice handle.

You won’t regret buying this!
Was hesitant but pulled the trigger! Glad I did! Super sharp blade, has good weight to it and fits nice in my hands! I don’t think it was made by Mr. Miyagi But it’s a good alternative to the other knives like this! I normally don’t write reviews but decided to because that’s how I mainly base my purchases on. Now I feel like I’m cooking in the jungle like those ASMR cooking videos 🔪
