Feel great on skin, good value

Not impressed with results and price.

I took this exactly as was instructed. From the first day, I felt pressure in the middle of my chest, much like if I had heartburn. I also developed pain in my kidneys and, as someone else mentioned, really bright yellow urine. I thought maybe I would just get used to it, or that something else was the cause. I starting splitting the dosage, taking 1 pill twicw a day instead of two at once. The pain in my kidneys improved, but the pressure and burning in my esophagus didn't. I continued taking them. For almost 3 weeks. It didn't ever get better. So, I stopped. It took a couple of days, but the pressure and burning went away. I don't know if I was allergic to one of the ingredients, or if it's just too much of certain vitamins at a time. The percentage of the ingredients compared to RDA is astronomical. They're all water soluble, but i suspect it's not great on your system to overload it. I should have looked at the label more closely before I ordered them. But, I was really hoping for great results. Because these are a non-returnable item, I will consider it a blessing that they weren't more expensive and that I quit before possibly damaging my kidneys.

My hair appears to becoming thicker. I await improvement on skin and nails.

I originally bought this because my husband’s skin was so fragile. I thought he maybe déficit in a specific vitamin. And we’re 72. Nails, hair and skin all going downhill. WELL a couple hours after I took one pill I found myself running around , doing things I’d been putting off. I had so much energy and a mood boost, no more afternoon exhaustion. No need for a nap. I started looking into the ingredients and msm is one, that gives clarity of mind, more energy anti inflamitory properties or maybe I was just low in the supplements included BUT WHATEVER is making me feel so much better not sure, but I’m taking one a day that’s all I need. Love the way I now feel. Good mood all the time. The skin looking better is just a side effect for me I’m taking it to feel energized.

Used to work until formulation changed. I have been on this for roughly 2 years. It took a few Months to notice any change but my friends and family wondered if I had any work done. I was bragging about this product! As a subscribe and save customer I have noticed in the last 5-6 months my skin suddenly changed. I realize we’re all aging but this product stopped working. Obviously after wonderful results I know the difference of before and after. I am cancelling my continuing subscription and attempt to find a product that is effective. It’s a shame this product changed not only because it’s expensive but know it’s like throwing money away. One thing I forgot to mention is not only did it stop working it has accelerated my crepey skin and hair fall out. It has damaged myself esteem in a big way.
