Perfect tiny size pen needle disposal for car, purse and/or travel. Takes a minute to figure out how to use it properly, but not a big deal. Nice and tight fit for unscrewing the pen needles.

I like this small sharps container, which is easy to use and just the right size for my purposes. My only complaint is that when the container is full, the locking tab does not work very well. I end up having to tape the lid to secure it for disposal.

Excellent. You can twist off the needle and it will go into the base. It can also take any kind of diabetic needle. Easy to carry small for trips or home.
