The air pump does not work and it cannot be inflated any other way. I followed the directions exactly by opening the inflation valve and closing the deflation valve. I pumped and pumped and the cushion never inflated even a little bit. Honestly, it doesn't even look like it was meant to work. The valve is not configured to use an external inflation pump or be blown up by mouth. It also ships directly from China which means it takes a long time to arrive. This product is a waste of time and money. Edit: I did figure out you can open a second flap on the deflation valve and blow the cushion up by mouth (in about two seconds) although it's hard to close the valve before most of the air escapes.

In the past, when I took a plane, I couldn't straighten my back after a few hours. Now, with this cushion, even after a flight of more than ten hours, my back and waist still feel relatively relaxed when I get off the plane. Moreover, its material is breathable. Even in a closed cabin environment, it won't feel stuffy and hot.

This product is a complete scam. Would not inflate. Followed instructions and even went to YouTube for help. Submitted a return and we the customer has to pay for for postage with USPS or UPS to CHINA which would be over $100 USD. Amazon you should figure this out and take it off your platform. It’s embarrassing to you as the 3 rd party.
