A TIMELY GIFT, GOOD FOR FEAST DAYS WITH BEHEADING OR STORMS LEAVING BIG PUDDLES.AFTER USING A DIFFICULT PRODUCT COFFEE DOES TASTE MILDER THAN ANY I HAVE TASTED.NOT LOOKING FOR A SCHISM.

Jebena arrived with a chip at the top lip, not too bad, but also did not have the stopper, and it leaked profusely when I tried to brew the coffee.

I don't know if this jebena was made in a factory or by the more traditional methods that I have seen videos of online, but it looks just like the 'homemade' ones, and works very well. I loved the smell of dirt that came out of it before I seasoned it - definitely real clay. It was shipped promptly and packaged well. DHL was used for shipping - maybe check if they have a pickup center near you, if you think home delivery with signature required may be an issue for you. It worked out in the end, but DHL had it at their local center for a few days before I could get it. Oh, only 9" tall, but that apparently makes it the normal ('medium'?) size. You can boil 16oz or so of coffee in this one. Its strong if done right, so that'll serve a few people.
