This is a device with very good construction, I am working on a custom android app, and had no issues deploying. Initially i had some problems getting the unit performing its best at 4k, but the seller's support is awesome, and very responsive.

Typically I divide the screen into three zones: a large section looping new drink videos, a medium one showing current promotions, and a smaller strip scrolling Wi-Fi info and hours. People waiting in line often watch it, and I’ve noticed a clear uptick in orders for the featured items. Updating content is straightforward. Most days I just plug in a USB drive with new files and let it auto-play. When I need quicker changes, I connect to the shop’s Wi-Fi and push updates remotely from my phone—it’s done in minutes. It also has HDMI input, so during special events I’ve hooked up a laptop for live streaming without any glitches. Power consumption is reasonable too; I haven’t seen a noticeable spike in the electric bill, and the unit stays cool to the touch, which suggests good heat management and longer screen life. The built-in media player and Wi-Fi have been completely reliable—no freezes or crashes so far. If I had to nitpick, the built-in speakers aren’t very loud, but we already play background music in the shop, so I never needed external audio anyway. I’ve been thinking about ordering a kiosk for my restaurant and I’ve finally found one within budget and works well! The package came well wrapped, the device was very easy to assemble and set up. I got the touch screen one so my customers can self place orders if we are extremely busy, but I’m using it to display our menu till our self ordering app is set up. Our customers love the upgrade, we got lots of complements, they said it’s easier to read the menu, it’s bright, and it’s 4K so it’s very clear. I like how it’s go wheels, it makes it easy to move around when we do cleaning. We’ve been using this for a week now and everybody seems to like it! Really worth the price!

I uploaded the organization’s website and guests were able to view and make donations from the panel. Customer service is also very responsive.

Very difficult to work, software incompatibility since it’s from China. Surface level customer service that extended beyond the return date. Stuck with an almost $2k useless piece of equipment. Would not recommend.

Great product. It did exactly what we were hoping to achieve with it. Team behind the product is extremely flexible and supportive. The android box can be updated and the touch screen is extremely responsive. It is literally a giant smartphone in the stores. We are going to purchase another 50 screens from them for our specific use case and then scale to a lot larger number eventually.

This thing is awesome! Super sturdy, made mostly of metal, and has good locking casters. The touch screen works really well, and it’s been perfect for turning into a touchscreen jukebox for parties. Big shoutout to the company’s support team too—when I accidentally broke a cable when connecting a mini pc in the back, they sent me a new cable for free and even gave me a video tutorial on how to swap it out. Overall, great quality, great support. Highly recommend!

The product works great, we can split the screen to show multiple videos, pictures and text to welcome members to our gym and display our website so they can get signed up & it plays a tour for them right when they walk in. This is exactly what we were looking for
