So I was a bit hesitant in taking this product initially as it’s something ingested into my body but went ahead and gave it a shot. I’m in my mid to late 30s and have been experiencing weight gain due to perimenopause- no matter the amount of workouts completed or food restricted the scale either goes up or stays stagnant. My main pain point is the stomach fat - it doesn’t go away but I hear that’s pretty common at this stage in life. After taking this supplement for a week I have noticed a significant decrease in my food cravings, amount I can eat at a sitting, and hey the scale even went down by 2 LB!!!! Price is a little higher than i would like to spend but is better than some products on the market and lasts 40 days. The pills are coated so it makes them easy to digest and they don’t upset my stomach. I’d highly recommend these to anyone looking for a good GLP-1 supplement.

I always tell myself to open, test and/or use products purchased. This one I wished I took it when I first bought. This actually made me gain weight even though I ate less. Save your monies as this is a waste.

Funciona, pero tienes que estar consciente de cómo trabaja porque causa efecto rebote. Las comencé a tomar, después de 1-2 semanas noté que me daba más sed, lo cual también ayudaba a mantenerme con saciedad. No noté algún cambio de aumento de energía, las tomaba 1 antes de cada comida y realmente sentía que me llenaba más rápido, me tomo la píldora aproximadamente 30min antes de comer, si la tomo inmediatamente antes de comer, la sensación de saciedad no está, y como normal, y aunque no coma de más, por la pastilla hace que me sienta que comí demasiado, pero mucho! Con esto en aproximadamente 1 mes y un par de semanas perdí 4 kg ( 9 lbs) . Entonces toma tu tiempo después de tomarla. Después de 1 mes y 2 semanas aprox tomándola , siento que ha perdido estos efectos, no se si mi cuerpo se ha acostumbrado, pero poco a poco he vuelto a tener uno que otro antojo (no igual que antes de tomarla, mucho menos porque yo era muy muy antojadizo) Y además no siempre siento esa sensación de saciedad al comer. Esto ha hecho que poco a poco vuelva a comer más, y también a tomar uno que otro snack, y por ende, mi peso también poco a poco está incrementando. El efecto rebote no es culpa de las pastillas pero si es que si no inhibe el apetito entonces no cumple su función como tal y por ende el peso vuelve. Estoy en mis 32 y he luchado muchísimo con mi peso desde que tuve mi primer y único embarazo, hace casi 3 años que no he podido estabilizarme. No hago ninguna clase de actividad física y mi día es mayormente sedentario. Le seguiré dando otra oportunidad a lo que queda este frasco y quizá compre otro, después de ese porque aún tengo la esperanza porque como dije, si funcionó al principio jeje, esta vez con algo de ejercicio y estando completamente consciente de que nada es un milagro, esto requiere que uno ponga de su parte también.

I never write reviews but I had to for this product. This along with staying in a calorie deficit and working out 4 times a week has seriously been a game changer. Other reviews say it helps you feel in control after you eat, and it really does. They’re easy to take & they don’t upset my stomach. In a month I’ve lost 12 pounds, it’s helped me accomplish getting past being stuck at a certain weight. I like to think it’s helped with my energy as well and I don’t feel bloated. Overall, the effectiveness is legit and has been a great additional to a good diet and exercise. Even when I don’t work out, I still take them as directed and they’re still effective. This is only my first bottle, so very excited for the second one! Plus the value for money, and the amount you get is better than others I’ve seen on here. Definitely worth the try!

I ordered these pills when I was experiencing loose stools, and general GI upset. I am happy with the results! Stools are regular and normal. They say to use it daily, which I did for the first week. They proved to be effective, and now I take them 3-4 times per week.
