Can this be used on the face? I read the ingredients and they are very similar to the face lotion the first 10 ingredients are all the same?

I use it all over my face with no problems. I like to spray a nice moisturizing toner (CeraVe), put a hyaluronic acid serum (Swanson's Vitamin brand) and top it off with this Naturium moisturizer. It feels great on the skin. Doesn't break me out or clog my pores. Works nice under foundation too.

How can I get the pump to work? It doesn’t release.

I unscrewed the pump unit from the bottle. I noticed once opened that the whole unit including the “straw-like” tube spun when attempting to unlock the top pump. I held right under the lid firmly (white part with ridges) then succeeded in unscrewing the top part.

I'm confused how this can be "fragrance free"?? Shea Butter has it's own scent naturally.....

it’s super subtle. it won’t be very fragrant like other shea butter products & it doesn’t leave smell after you apply.

Confusing as to whether this has a scent or not. Does it?

No scent. I cannot have ANYTHING with scents, fragrances, etc. This product is the best lotion I've ever purchased. Better than Clinique, and all the drug store "fragrance free" lotions too. I use it on my nails and cuticles, hands, arms, face, neck, legs, feet...and you get so much for such a low price. Another good brand is Cleure but it's more expensive.

Not sealed

Received my cream unsealed . Only came in a shipping bag , no package came with the cream bottle. Turned it and it opened. I’m beginning to think its not safe for use because after production, the user should be the only person that should unseal the bottle .
