MBT Women's Jasira 6 Trail Sandal Athletic Sandal

I just got my Jasira 6 shoes and I'm wearing them all over the house...such an interesting smooth feel of walking! I wear a size 9 and the 9/9 1/2's fit in length perfectly. The toe bed feels very roomy for me but I have narrow feet and with socks I don't think it's over-the-top wide. Besides, you can always tighten the sides slightly with a corded shoelace which doesn't stay in place unless you also knot it! The shoe itself looks cute compared to all the other rocker toning shoes on the market! In fact I find the other rocker styles mostly ugly. This Jasira 6 makes your foot look smaller (in black) and seems sturdy enough to last through many intense walks! Having an open-back also suits me just fine since I live in Florida!I highly recommend the technology especially if you're feeling back pain from walking (and that's just from testing them in the living room)!I give 4 stars because I think the corded shoelace should give more stay-ability and the back strap should be even more adjustable (it really only adjusts maybe an inch).***I went on my first 8 mile walk today with my Jasiras...a totally different experience!!! At the beginning I had small foot issues but never during the walk did I ever feel my back having any pain or soreness. "The MBT walk" is a learned experience since the body shifts its positioning dramatically but I am excited that my body can align itself in a way that underused muscles can develop and strengthen. I'll let you know how things go after a few months! I walk 2-3 times a week (8 mile walks). ****It's nearly a year since I've been wearing these MBTs for my 8 mile walks...these shoes have never disappointed! After a year I have the MBT walk down pat. I don't lose balance from the dynamic rocker and, yes, I do feel stronger! I just looked at the tread on the shoes and they are barely worn except for the hot spots where my foot tends to "lean". I will continue to wear these until they fall apart. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying these! I know they are pricey but they are worth it imho!

I have a wide foot and MBTs usually accommodate them nicely. Very comfy shoe. Light and like the colors.

Shoes are very comfortable. Lighter than previous styles I purchased.

I had a knee scope done and these MBT Athletic sandal gives me the support I need, it feels very light and perfect fitting for me.

I have had problems with planter fasciitis. Since starting t o wear mint shoes I have had know problems. I have many pairs of mbt shoes. They wear well. I love them.
