I have used it for several months now and it has a great quality. Blade is sharp which makes the cutting extremely fast and precise, the hand protection is a plus. Nice design and functionality with firm grip, adapts to several containers shapes and sizes.

Classique ! Je me suis tranché le bout du pouce lors de mon premier essais, en tranchant des concombres pour mes enfants. Sérieux, ça a tranché à travers mon doigt sans résistance aucune ! Bref, c'est une excellente mandoline. La tranche de bout de pouce était parfaitement proportionnée. Depuis que je fais plus attention à mes doigts, elle tranche tous mes légumes à la perfection.
