Q: Will this fit model #1401-b or 1521 cleaners

I have a Vintage ~ ELECTROLUX Model 1401-B ~ Canister Vacuum Cleaner which I overhaul every few years and worth it! They fit just fine and operate accordingly. The 1521...I do not know about. If it takes a "C" you should be fine?

Q: How thick are the bags?

Not thick at all. I have found all the replacement bags are thin, unlike original Electrolux bags. These are a slight bit thicker than others I've purchased, but still thin. They claim 100% filtration, so it may just be better design, I really don't know, but I will definitely purchase again.

Q: Are these scented? Do they have a perfume or artificial smell?

I happen to like these bags and they have held up for me. My batch of bags did not have an odor to them...perfume and the like. I would buy again. Hope this helps.
