I got this as a gift and I had no problems yet. And updated nvidia graphics and intel graphics software and all is going good. Just be sure to buy an external hard drive as the new games eat up your hard drive space. Also forgot to mention that this was shipped without an Amazon box so be sure to check and see if there is an option for packaging.

Everytime I try to watch a video, on YouTube or Prime, the screen will slide sideways while I try to watch movies.

Bad battery life and webcam but tons of processing speed and power
I do a lot of 4K video editing and content creation with a high volume of streaming, editing, uploading and downloading and I wanted something that was ‘overkill’ but not thousands of dollars so I bought this laptop and I have to say that it works really well. Tons of processing power and storage and is real quick and didn’t have a lot of fluff when I went to set it up. The quality is pretty sturdy and seems well made. It isn’t to loud and though I’m not an avid gamer I do play some games and this laptop has no problem running them and the video on the laptop is really crisp. I have seen a lot of people comment about the heat that the battery pack puts out and I do have to say that it does seem to be a lot warmer than usual. The only really negative thing I have to say is, the battery life is awful but it is built more for performance so it expected to have a lower battery life but it does die quickly. Also the built in webcam is really bad but just hook up the old galaxy phone to use as a webcam and that's that. So my negatives are webcam and battery life and outside of those two things I think it's pretty good for the price. i9-13900hx with rtx 4060 2tb ssd is way more power than what I will ever need but that's what I wanted, especially with a 2gbps fiber optic internet.
