- The Schlesinger scraper is ideal for spreading dough masses into round and square shapes.In accordance with Schlesinger standards, it does not feature a handle.Due to its slightly rounded edges, it is most suitable for spreading as well as dividing masses.The spatula is fully bevelled all round the edge and so has no sharp edges.Ideally suited for use in bakers, patisseries or industrial environments.
