Replaced bells and whistles Bosch which was sensitive it would stop for nonsensical reasons, hoping the no frills will mean it will wash unless it’s hit by a bus. So far so good although I miss the Bella and whistles washes well and has a cutler basket as well as a drawer in the top Changing review to 2 star Stuck on draining can’t reset, even draining when open, waiting to see what customer services say (no details or numbers on line for this brand) changing to 4 star okay so, I contacted HYE support line used the phone number they took my information and arranged an engineer, it turns it out the part that was broken could go anytime on a machine it was just bad luck, the engineer came out Thursday and I called on Tuesday, they were quick, and gave me good information on the process. I range HYE support the Friday they confirmed they knew the part and if there was a replacement they would go out the netx day delivery otherwise they would be waiting to order and send it out. in total I was without a working dishwashed 18days, which was mainly down to the part and the engineer being available to fit it, they were always polite never gave any hassel and kept me informed answered the phone very quickly and had all the information at hand on their system I probably need 2 dishwashers, 2 weeks is too long to wait for me, but i had the best service i have ever had under warranty. I did have a bosch this does wash better in my opinion, so i cant say pay more get better, if it last 2 yrs im happy, any longer is a bonus, as i use it twice a day. as opposed to £800 for 8 yrs. its the same to me. The service was descent and i wasnt on the phone for 2 hours backwards and forwards like I have been in the past for a wasing machine from currys which took 2 weeks to get someone out, the door wouldnt open, was the circuit board, the man ordered the circuit board and broke the door and the release so when i got the uplift code they wouldnt take the machine because they didnt have tools ot open, took another 2 weeks, got an uplift for a new replacement which broken within a yr and then they said i ad no warranty as i got new machine lol... the service to get it sorted was good imo. Broken within 2 weeks again draining fault, won’t stop draining even when there is no water

I have given this dishwasher 1 start becuase there is not the option to select zero. The dishwasher was a nightmare to fit. It did not wash the dishes well. Standard size plates do not fit in. It lasted less than 3 months before it broke and I had to send it back. Do not waste your money. Buy sonething better quality.

I guess you get what you pay for. I really wanted to love this product. Its just not cleaning well at all. Alot of food particles all over the dishwasher. I even arranged collection of it. But my brother in law noticed the plastic jet spray 1 of the things was blocked with food. How I dont know. So we got it free and it worked ok. So I cancelled my return. 2 days later its not cleaning again. Im gutted. There was such good reviews on here. It made me buy it. But I'd save and get abit more expensive one. I had a hotpoint previously for 7 years. Never got clogged can't see this lasting the year.
