First, I will say that through the years for myself, I have been happy with another brand but regret the price. Watched an influencer on YouTube talk about the benefits of taking this form of vitamin C. The pills are pretty large and the dose is two pills. Despite their size I find them easy to swallow. For them to work properly you should always take with a fat containing meal. I do so many things for my skin health that it’s hard to say if taking these has been beneficial or not.
